The prices include the following services:
- taxes as required by law
- taxes and water and electricity consumption;
- daily cleaning unit (excluding kitchen);
- initial delivery and change of bed linen, face and bath twice a week per person;
- individually controlled air conditioning;
- TV, safe and hairdryer;
- use of swimming pool and whirlpool;
- beach service with umbrella and chair reserved (for three-roomed are available 2 umbrellas).
CUMULATIVE PROMOTIONS
PREMIUM: save 5% on list price for each week of stay beyond the first, accumulated up to 20% discount;
BOOK NOW: 5% discount on list price for bookings confirmed before April 30, 2012
SERVICE FEE REQUIRED: Compulsory final cleaning: € 35,00;
PARKING: € 8.00 / day (subject to availability);
Rent a bike: subject to price and availability;
Cot : € 5,00/day.
Terms and conditions
Day of arrival and departure: Saturday (check-in from 15.00, check-out until 10.00).
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 40% of the price. The Management reserves the right, in case of unexpected allocation of a housing unit, the right to replace with another. No pets are allowed.
